CM1100V download light blinking
Model CM1150v New as of two weeks ago
Firmware Version V4.02.02
Server is Apple Airport Extreme
Provider is Comcast
After a reboot, all works normal for a while, then the downstream light starts blinking. The modem is off line most mornings, and sometimes goes ofline during the day. Even when I cannot access the internet, I am able to open NETGEAR genie through my Apple Airport.
Comcast has checked my lines multiple times and after running a reset on the modom say all is normal and signal strength is fine although I'm reading that the signal stgrength is sligtly below minimums on all channels with "acceptable SNRs." I am also getting a number of error messages in the log

Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

signal level is below comcast threshold.
You should provide complete screenshot as you have provided only partial.
Most likely one of the DS channel is below margin and you have partial Service.
