Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

The modem is provisioned correctly, as I'm getting proper speeds.  My connection and speeds all seem fine, and it's just the downlink light continuing to flash.

Had a lock before, I think.  Modem is only a few weeks old, and I would've noticed if it were flashing.  Restarting the modem does give a lock, but it does eventually go back to flashing. Only RG6 cabling and no splitters.

Thanks for your help.  Might try out the CM2000, since that model doesn't seem to have posts about this type of issue.

See lots of correction and un-correctables on channels 30 and 31...These should be all zeros. Something ISP should look into.
