I would have the ISP reduce the speed back to 1Gb. The CM 1100 series is not supporing of any speeds over 1Gb since the ports are only 1000Mpbs supporting on a single line.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.

Have the ISP reduce this as well.
