if i reduce the speeds the price goes up... way to go xfinity.... when i had the tech out here a few months ago he said everything was kosher. and if i have link aggregation enabled using 2 ethernet ports on the cm1150 and 2 ports on the asus ax-92 shouldnt that at least be able to handle more traffic? again unfornutately i have no way of testing a hardwired connection until i get real PC up and running again. currently to my phone getting just shy of 600mpbs...

You're not going to hit gigabit + over wifi unless you're close to the router and using an AX device that can connect at up to AX2400 speeds.
If its causing instabilities, I'd just use it in standard mode. Most devices (and sites for that matter) aren't going to saturate a giabit connection.
We still don't know what speed you get when not using wan port aggregation.
