CM1150V Voice Status MTA Provision Status Disabled

Cannot get phone line connected from Cable Modem to Phone.  Went into modem and saw the following screenshot.  Read something that said I may need to contact Xfinity to have the phone line provisioned

    You're correct. Its something xfinity needs to setup (provisioning) to get running on your device.

    they have not provisioned voice line for you. you need to call them and send them to reprovision and send new boot file with voice service.
