What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the host wifi router connected to the modem? - plemansGuru - Experienced User
that was very minimal information.
1. Did you check with your ISP?
2. Is this a new device? Did you get it provisioned from the ISP?
3. What are the leds on it doing?
4. Are you able to log into it?
