CM1200 - Downstream Blinking Green
I have a blinking green downstream on my CM1200. I still have internet connection though. I have already reached out to my ISP and they've sent through a reset and was working fine but the downstream icon is flashing green.
Anyone know what the problem is?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
