Can you access the modems web page at all at 192.168.100.1?
Try this, disconnect the ISP coax cable from the the modem. Press the reset button for 15 seconds then release.
Check to see if power LED comes on solid then down led blinks. Up won't.
Connect one ethernet PC to port #1 on the back leaving the coax cable disconnected. Give about 2-3 minutes then attempt to access the modems web page at 192.168.100.1

Thank you! No success with any of the suggested steps. As a guess, I'm thinking it's not completing POST. Maybe a failed board, maybe a code update failed partway... who knows?
I guess it's time to replace it.

last resort you can try is a 30-30-30 reset, if this fails then ya, needs replacing.
