CM1200 - Problem I've never seen before

Thank you!  No success with any of the suggested steps.  As a guess, I'm thinking it's not completing POST.  Maybe a failed board, maybe a code update failed partway... who knows?

 

I guess it's time to replace it.

last resort you can try is a 30-30-30 reset, if this fails  then ya, needs replacing.

      Check out places like amazon, ebay or shopgoodwill for modems. I happened to find a CM1200 on shopgoodwill for $40 a couple of weeks ago for a friend of mine. đŸ˜‰
