CM1200 connection issue
After I change to CM1200 month ago, my comcast internet connection keep on/off. I connect the modem to Orbi RBK 50. I did check with Comcast and looks the singal is good. I keep rebooting the power bu...

1. Did you connect other devices to the cm1200? it does have more ports but for the average consumer only 1-2 ports are usable. running an orbi setup is going to only leave port 1 useable as orbi doesn't support wan side aggregation. Netgear and ISP's do a poor job of explaining the cm1200.
2. Trusting a tech isn't always the best. Log into the cm1200 and take a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs. post them here.
3. if you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in line, I'd recommend removing them.
4. when its "going off" is it all devices, wired devices, just wireless devices?
5. Are you sure its a modem issue and not an orbi issue? what firmware is on the orbi?

Thank you for your help. howvere, the support can't find the solution and replaced a new one to me. After I installed the replaced model. It works fine so far.
