CM1200 Downlink light blinking
Hi All, Ive searched the previous threads for how others who have encountered similar issue-- and it appears everyone has a different solution. My ISP (Optimum) unfourtunately claim they cannot help...

Like FURRYe38 says, check your line.
It could be something internal to the home like splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators. Or a bad/cheap/old/damaged cable.
But your signal is hobble. Your channels should be within 3.5dbmv of each other. You're going from -12dbmv to +2.3dbmv.
Your signal also has a bunch of errors. So check the line internal to your home and if the signal doesn't get better, the ISP needs to check it.

Thanks, I will reach out to the ISP and have them come out and take a look. I am still learning on how to properly read and understand the details of upstream and downstream channels
