CM1200 frequent drops in upload and download
brand new modem, ISP service connected to RAX80 router. SImple setup, no linke agg (just bouth the ability for the future). ISP service (400gbs up, 40gps down optimum) is good 80% of the time, but...
I had another tech come out and they did verify that there was noise in the line. Regarding firmware upgrades, I purchased the modem form a retailier so is the ISP still responsible for firmware upgrades?
Some ISPs may not do FW updates on user owned modems. Something to ask the ISP about.
