Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Factory reset the modem and let it resync with the ISP service.

I have called support numerous times about this issue and they still haven't fixed it I requested a replacement and they refused they said a supervisor/manager would call or email me and never did this thing is ridiculous horrible customer service can't even understand what they are saying and they have zero knowledge of there products I have been a dedicated netgear buyer. I'm going to try out there competitors cause this is beyond me I requested since you don't want to fix this issue ill send it back just give me a refund and they said its out of that time frame and chuckled. Negative 10 for customer service and support.

I did the isp, reset it approximately 10 times
