CM1200 Lost Password, How to reset?

I have forgotten the password to my CM1200 modem config page.  I tried the admin and password shown on the serial number decal, and any password that I thought it could be.  No matter how many times I get it wrong, it never gives me any choice to reset it or anything.  What do I do?

    to reset the password you'd need to factory reset the device. 

    push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
