I got charter gigabit plan with eero pro wifi 5 router with EN2251 with puma 7 i get speed on wifi 5 around 500mbps but in my room i get 400mbps.  Should i get a new. modem or  new router?   If i g...

what speed do you get directly connected to the modem? 

Are you speed testing directly attached to the router or over wireless?

    With  ETH0 around 700 to 900mbps

      so you're modem is doing fine. Upgrading the modem isn't going to increase your speeds. 

      Usually the bottleneck is in the device you're testing on and not on the router/modem.
