Maybe something at this new location isn't working right. Would need a tech on site to help you check that.
My old modem works at the new location
If the CM worked on the old location and not the new location, then something at the new location isn't right with the ISP services at the new location. You'll need to have a friend or family member near by check the CM modem out at a different location to see if the problem follows or not.
