CM1200 unlocked channel, no modulation and loads of uncorrectables!
So I have 1gig internet through Comcast no problems till about a week or so ago. Low speeds randomly noticed as I was streaming through the TV, reset router and modem - works ok for a few days or so it seemed. Then started to notice it again called Comcast and do the walk through - works ok for a few days then starts up all over again.
I have a technician to come out and see if there is a problem from their end, but I have not seen anyone post results like this on here. I should note I work almost entirely from home so meetings are pretty abundant here fortunately almost all are just voice.
Anyway here's my modem info after about 2 hrs of uptime

Its not abnormal to have 1 channel unlocked if the ofdma channel connects. Some ISP's leave the one open for that reason.
But your errors are a concern on the other channel.
You can also post your logs because its not just the channel errors that are important.
You should also include your upstream values as those are used in comparison to the downstream.
A few things you can check on your own.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.
