Got a new place and the internet wasn’t working. On the phone with one of the tech for hour just for him to send me an email to this form… modem is blinking downstream but now and than all three light...
Something to keep in mind with the cm1200 is that even though it has 4x ethernet ports, xfinity only supports 1 public ip address for it. So only 1 device can be connected to it. Its not a router, its a modem only device.
So make sure you only have the router connected to it without anything else.
