Take a screen snip of them. Its easier to read/layout.

The power levels on the up are a bit high.

There a some criticals seen in the event logs that the ISP should look into.

If the ISP can't seem to get the modem online, you might need to rent one of there for short term use to see if there's connects.
Is the CM2000 new? If so, might return it and get another to see if the 2nd one works...

downstream power levels are fine.
upstream is low but that could be the OP is closer to the hub.
Plus hard to read because the uptime is only showing 54 minutes and its formatted poorly.
Use the modem for a while. Then get the logs/cable connections page. that'll show if theres issues on specific channels/logs.

I wasn't getting internet through the modem since I could not activate it, my setup only has one main coax coming from the box directly to my modem with a filter. Those logs are with the filter hooked up.

Currently I'm not using the modem because I cannot activate the Modem even after calling xfinity. Xfinity is unable to see it and are wanting to send a technician out. I've switch over to an old modem I had in a drawer. The Modem is an RMA modem after going through netgear support. Thanks for the info!
