CM2000 Flashing Upstream Light
I just installed a CM2000 modem and the upstream light is constatnly flashing. It is working fine, I am getting my plan speeds (900/20 Mbps). Is this something I should to contact Xfinity about...

I see you have lots of Critical 3's in the logs.
You might contact the ISP and have them check this.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Is the ISP service box where the cable enters my house? I have a MoCA splitter there with a POE filter. Would that be the cause of the errors?

Could be. A test you can try, temporarily remove this connector and directly connect the cable to the other side for a more direct connection with the modem. See if the Uplink LED continues to blink or not.
