Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

I also suffer from the same situation on the Nighthawk CM2000 (Blinking downstream light,) and have tried everything that is offered to correct the problem with no results. I restart the modem and typically within days, if not hours the problem is back. The longest it has stayed solid is about a week. Like others have reported the modem seems to be functioning normally; speed is as expected. So, my question is hopefully simple to answer, should I stop concerning myself with the blinking downstream light, and just let it blink? No need to get technical please, just a straight forward "YES" or "NO" would be greatly appreciated.
