CM2000 not compatible with Spectrum

Despite being listed on the recommended modems for Spectrum 1Gbps service, the modem shows up as incompatible when you enter the MAC online. Called customer support, no one there could solve the problem either and received the same error when trying to push it through manually on their side. If you’re a current Spectrum customer, I’d hold off on buying this modem. I’ll be returning mine if this isn’t resolved over the next couple days, going to see if I can get different customer support folks tomorrow but not optimistic...
