CM2000 slow Upstream

I seem to be limited to a 41.94 upload speed on my new CM2000 modem, ironically the CM1100 that I replaced had the same limitation. Comcast is telling me that this is a hardware limitation not their equipment as I have 200 upstream. Please let me know if there is any updates or thoughts?

Both model modems are well capabable of over 200Mbps on the Up.

Read the entire page at the Reddit/Xfinity link.  Xfinity has put in place a very convoluted set of requirements.

At this time, neither the CM1100 or the CM2000 modems are on the Xfinity approved hardware list to receive the upgraded 200 Mbps upstream throughput.  The 40 Mbps rate is where you are stuck at with your hardware.  Either lease something from Xfinity or wait it out.
