CM2000 won’t reconnect while Generac standby generator on

I can’t figure out why the modem won’t connect after power goes out and standby generator kicks on. Every single time there’s an outage the internet never connects. I even bought a sign wave ups syste...

Could be that if you're power is out, so is the cmts that the ISP's hub connects to. Doesn't do your modem any good to be powered on if the ISP's hub isn't.

    Understood. I’m confident that a couple of times at least was due to an Entergy breaker being flipped at a substation and to my knowledge it wasn’t Cox.
