Kitsak,
As mention earlier, I really don't know when the issue with Comcast started.
Comcast upgraded the network in the fall of 2024 (around the Oct - Nov). I know I started uploading large files (40GB - 80GB), because I got a backup cloud service for Christmas, starting in late January. So weeks after the network upgrades but before the cable modem firmware upgrade.
Comcast never spoke to me about the issue my neighbors were having. I knew something was up because I lost service and notice a Comcast truck parked outside my home. I approach the Comcast tech what is going on and he said to me my line is causing havoc with entire neighborhood node. The tech said the solution is to add a filter to my line to quiet the noise coming out of my modem.
Now my modem upstream power levels are sky high and 3 channel's do not lock. This will be a greater problem if I start using MoCA adapters!
I'm guessing the tag is there so that the filter is not remove unless I replace my modem because Comcast claims my modem is defective.
That is why I asked my initial question ion the original post....
Is my modem defective?

I would re-post another set of cable connectons and event logs page for review.
If power levels are higher than +7Dbm, then you may need to get a cable coax line attenuator in line between the modem and cable.

Per your request, posting cable connections value in the attached file.
To repeat, my concern is the "Upstream Bonded Channels" where the value is 53.0dBmV and only 1 channel is locked. Further, my concern is when I add MoCA and thereby adding a splitter, the upstream bonded channel will only go higher!

Seeing Criticals and Warnings in the event log that the ISP needs to look at.
Have a friend, neighbor or family member that is on same ISP, or could be different cable ISP to test this unit at a remote location to see if it shows same issues and logs? One way to tell if unit could be failing, however not confident in calling the unit going bad just yet.
How long have you had the unit for?

I bought brand new and starting using the cable modem in April 2022.
