Having same issue. What was your resolution?
Still waiting on a resolution from support. They started me on a few steps and I need to call back. I’d assume it needs replacement.
- Ok that's what I figured. Yeah I just had Xfinity support come by after no success with this modem, replugged in my old ARRIS and all worked again. So def Modem issue. It's unfortunate given that this modems specs are much better.

Nothing we can do about this here in the forums.
Allegedly it's a firmware failure, support team set up an RMA for my in warranty product. Best of luck to you.
