Ok that's what I figured. Yeah I just had Xfinity support come by after no success with this modem, replugged in my old ARRIS and all worked again. So def Modem issue. It's unfortunate given that this modems specs are much better.

Allegedly it's a firmware failure, support team set up an RMA for my in warranty product. Best of luck to you.
