CM2050V Crash

I've been using the CM2050V for a  couple of months now and I've noticed something:
Each time I've gone to "Advanced > Administration > eMTA Event Log" it causes my cable modem to crash where it reboots. I can never see the log.

 

Has anyone else on Comcast experienced this?

    Ya I think there's been some others posted about that.

    Can you get to the event log page if you disconnect the modem from the ISP cable coax line and then factory reset the modem and let it come to ready with out the line connected?
