Your cable connections page looks good but your logs don't. Your logs are indicating a line issue by the t3 erros and the dynamic range window violations. The violations indicate the power level on some channels is going in/out of spec.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.- Mtphillips88Jul 03, 2024GuideIt is currently plugged directly to the input cable from the access point running into the house. I initially had a 7db splitter, but that was the first thing I removed when I first started having the issue/troubleshooting. I will inspect the cable and check the cables on the outside of the house then report back.

Quick update. What I thought was the direct cable in actually had a female to female adapter, which then connected to my modem(input cable is only about 15 in long). I removed that and now I am plugged directly into the input cable. Reset the modem and connection has been restored. Fingers crossed that its only a failing adapter, but we will see. Ill update if it goes out again.
