Hi everyone, I replaced my XB7 with a CM2050V about 20 days ago. Ever since then the internet has been highly unreliable. All power levels are within spec and SNR is above 45db. There are no errors e...

Is there any number values seen under the Corretables and Un-Correctables columns? Or they all zeros?
Power levels are in spec however go from 4 on lower channels up to 7 on higher..I guess thats ok. All channels should be near each other across all channels.

Sorry about the formatting, when I export the rtf as a pdf it gets unreadable. The first channel (ID 12) has about 1500 correctable and 1600 uncorrectable. Every other channel is 0, 0. The ODFM has millions, as expected but all are correctable

Correct and Uncorrectables should be near or at zero across all channels if your seeing these then could be causing some problems.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do. These can be one cuase of the correct and uncorrectables seeing values.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

I'll check all of those things and contact Xfinity again to get the modem provisioned, thank you!

Another thing you can try is run www.pingplotter.com with a wired PC connected to the modem with out the Linksys, then with the Linksys in line.
