Can you copy the data into a wordpad or word doc then export to PDF file then attach that file to your next post?

Modem 2s power is good. Need to see Event log if possible, however if event log looks similar to modem 1, then Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Modem 1 power levels on the higher channels are too high:

MIght put a coax line splitter in to see if this can help. 3db splitter.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Thank you for your suggestions. However, both modems worked fine without "hanging" for over two years until the recent firmware upgrade. No changes have been made to the wiring and my ISP service plan. Again, after the firmware upgrade, the issue is that the modem hangs every 2-3 weeks and the only remedy is to power cycle it.
I can produce a similar hanging issue when logging into the modem, and going to ADVANCED, Administration.
When I click on "eMTA Event Log", the modem hangs and the only remedy is to power cycle it. Thus, I suspect that these hanging issues are related to the recent firmware upgrade. Please advise.
