CM2050V with Xfininity voice

I currently have Xfinity cable and voice. If I purchase this modem and should later decide that I no longer want/need a voice number with Xfinity can I still use this modem for just internet/cable service?

    Something to contact the ISP about to see. All ISPs have informaiton on what is supported on there networks.

    yes.You can use the cm2050v without the voice option.
