CM2500 poor status - upstream

My internet drops randomly numerous times per day.  I have talked with Spectrum a couple of times and had a tech out.  They say everything is good on their end.  I installed a new CM2500.  the upstre...

the problem is that they aren't really balanced out. If the upstream is that low, you'd expect your downstream to be significantly higher. An upstream of 39dbmv means you're right next to the hub but the upstream is indicating you're a ways away from the hub.

      Ok. Power levels are on the low side but in specs. 

      I know there ranging from low to lower values. 

       

      I see lots of criticals, errors and warnings. Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem. Hoping these will be less seen in the event logs. If they continue, reach out to the ISP and have them review this.
