Power OFF both CM and RS router and modem for 30 seconds then back ON with the modem and then the RS router.
Give about 1-2 minutes. The front LED on the RS Internet globe should turn WHITE.

Well, I definitely appreciate the help, but I am not getting internet on the router. I even went through the routers set up with the Nighthawk app. It shows cables connected then tests internet connection and says not connected

After you restart your modem and let it connect and stabilize, does the white globe internet indicator on the modem illuminate?
