Hi, I am in an apartment complex at the "end of the line" so to speak when it comes to connections throughout the complex. I just recently had a technician out and when I mentioned my modem status page they rudely interrupted me and said "I don't care about your modem, I am here to service the line and that's it."

Regardless, the modem error reporting log can be very indicative for troubleshooting when it comes to errors on the network itself. I am still experiencing really slow loading webpages currently even though things look 'good' signal level wise as far as I can see. Note this is the CM3000 and is high-split so it is utilizing the latest network upgrades but I keep seeing "US profile assignment change. US Chan ID: 41" in the error log which to my understanding indicates the modem is trying to access a higher speed than its currently getting. You will see this post numerous times throughout my log and I am guessing something in relation to that posted error is what is causing problems.

This manifests as slow loading webpages, streams that buffer that didn't beforehand, and packet loss in VOIP sensitive applications. I really wish a technician or Comcast would take my case seriously as I have top of the line hardware throughout my setup and still experience this problem.
