CM400 Fails to produce Event Log
I have a CM400 running on Xfinity using the latest Comcast approved firmware (1.01.18). I have been having some recent intermittent connection issues and when trying to diagnose by looking at the modem event log, the interface produces no response. I get the Chrome "sad face" with the message "192.168.100.1 didn't send any data". Edge responds with "Hmmm... Can't reach this page". These messages appear in the iframe where the log usually appears - the rest of the page (menus, etc) remains intact. I have successfullly retrieved event log data before so this is new behavior. It also persists after reboot.

You may have to connect directly to the modem bypassing your router to see the logs.
