CM400 modem will not connect
I have been running this modem for almost two years and today it stopped connecting to the internet. I have called Spectrum and they say that I am getting service. I called Netgear Support to find out after an hour on the phone, that it will cost me $80 to see if they can fix it.
I have power .. I have reset using the little button .. I have disconnected the cable and then reset .. I have restarted my cable box .. the internet light is still off and the stream in and out lights are blinking together continuously.

Sounds like the modem is not provisioned correctly by the ISP as it keeps trying to receive signal.
