CM400 Router page display issue

Hi I am trying to setup CM400. When i bring up the config page using 192.168.100.1 it does not show up all the options 

most of the tabs just blink and go away . I can not set my wifi due to this 

I referred few posts and found that their cause was AdBlock however i do not have any of the extentions in chrome 

I tried IE and FireFox aswell 

 

Any help would be appreciated

    What are you trying to change in the CM400 settings? there is no wifi on the CM400 as it is only a modem
