CM400 Slow Download Speeds

I have a CM400 hooked up to an airport express and I'm only receiving about 50Mbps out of a possible 200. A Comcast tech came by to check my connection and when he hooked up an Xfinity Arris modem I was able to get speeds of over 150Mbps.
