Recently dropped tv and phone and upgraded to Blast internet with comcast-supposedly 200mbps. Still getting lag when streaming or playing video games, called them and they said my router/modem couldn't handle it, could that be the case or are they just trying to dodge?

who is the ISP?
some of the ISPs want users to move to 16x4 modems for 200+ and above service.

on this website, comcast hasapproved 8x4 devices for 200 Mbps service.
