CM500 - 0MBPS Upload with full Upstream lock??

My internet connection has been bad the past few days (upload speeds of 0-0.05 mbps), and working remote has been impossible (I am on my own hotspot). Xfinity sent a tech who told me it was my modem,...

I replaced the modem with a C1000V2 and am still having issues. I do not think it was my CM500, but thank you for your advice.

Have the ISP come out and have a look if your seeing same problems with a different modem.
