CM500 - Ridiculously Slow Upload Speeds

Did you get this resolved? If so, what was the fix?
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Reset the modem and connect a wired PC to the back of the modem and test with ooklas installable speed test app.
Try a different PC to compare.

- I have not yet resolved the issue, but we believe it is due to a wiring issue in the cable box.
