You upstream power levels are boarderline high.
and t3/t4 errors tend to be line issues. Not modem issues.
If you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators ran in the coax line, remove them.

So today all the lights are green on the modem, and all upstream channels are locked...
I didn't change anything. I came out to look at the router this morning and it was all green. Checked the modem and found all upstream channels are locked.
There is a splitter to my cable tv box and that's it.

Would be on the ISP side of things they may have changed something on the line.
