CM500 - Upstream channels not locking
Just in the last few days have noticed random - but severe - amounts of lag while gaming on a PS4 Pro. Noticed that a light was amber on my modem. Reset the modem and it went away and everything wa...
So today all the lights are green on the modem, and all upstream channels are locked...
I didn't change anything. I came out to look at the router this morning and it was all green. Checked the modem and found all upstream channels are locked.
There is a splitter to my cable tv box and that's it.
Would be on the ISP side of things they may have changed something on the line.
