yes understand you do on own time what i tell isp to havve them fix it thay replayed all lines from house tpo lockboix and poll last time youi helped me.

did you check all your connections?
Again, your power is out of spec, (should be within 3.5dbmv of each other), you have channels that aren't locked, and your log is indicating connection issues to the cmts.
yes last tech who came out replaced all lines from poll to lockbox and lockbox to inside house
then its either something at the pedastal, inside the home, or with the modem. Or the did a poor job of installing.
