did you check all your connections?
Again, your power is out of spec, (should be within 3.5dbmv of each other), you have channels that aren't locked, and your log is indicating connection issues to the cmts.

then its either something at the pedastal, inside the home, or with the modem. Or the did a poor job of installing.
