CM500-100NAS upstream channels
So I currently have my CM500 upgraded to the newest firmware, and all 4 of the upload channels are showing if im directly contacted to the modem without the router, which is a WNDR3400v3, also up to ...
check what is your upstream power. If you are at edge, you will loose Upstream channels and get into partial service.
Or it could be noise in your coax line causing this issue but generally it is power which is major cause.
