CM500-100NAS upstream errors

my CM500 modem is having problems with its upstream. It frequently starts flashing and stops delivering internet.. Anyone got some problem-solving techniques to help out?

 

Model: CM500

Firmware: Updated to latest version

ISP: Xfinity Comcast

    Contact your ISP and have them check signals up to the modem.
