cm500 connection issues - solid amber light
Hello having modem issues. No comcast xfinity issues, tried power cycling and resetting. The top light is green, second and third are solid amber, bottom two are blinking green. Help please!

pls take screenshots of power levels. Most likely modem is not going online and may have upstream (US) power issue.

Unfortunately, can't even do that. It says the cable isn't connecting. TV is still coming through the cable and Comcast says it can see my modem (mac address registered, etc). Issue with the modem?
