CM500 have internet activated but cannot use any devices
Help - Comcast has told me I need to do a initial set up for my CM 500. I cannot or do not understand what I need to do with my computer to make sure that I can actually use the Internet that they are providing through my modem. The modem is working and it is receiving a signal from Comcast. But I cannot use the modem. Can anyone help me?

What router are you connected to?
Did you say comcast did activate it? and they're able to see it?
