CM500 losing internet connection and upload/download amber

I see alot of T3 timeouts this suggests it could be a line issue with the ISP I would have them send out a tech and check the lines inside and outside the home.

- Starrman03Jul 25, 2018AspirantUnfortunately I have. When they came out they tested the line and said everything was good. The problem is intermittent, so I'm wondering if that's why they didn't find anything.

also, your Upstream power very high. If you additional splitter, please remove check the connections.
You need upstream powers to be around mid-40s and yours is above 50.

It is plugged directly into an outlet.
